Archaeology on Prescription Open Day

Come and visit us at Willow House, the site of our award-winning programme Archaeology on Prescription!
As part of our Summer Open Days, you can visit Willow House (a former care home site) and see where our exciting award-winning social prescribing project, Archaeology on Prescription, takes place. You’ll be able to take a tour of the site, see (and handle!) some of the finds that have come out of the ground here, learn and discover more about the history of the local area and have a go at some family-friendly activities. You can also discover how the project has impacted and supported York residents’ mental health and wellbeing, and what our future plans are.
